The Birth & Postpartum Prep Guide for Moms
If you’re here, you’re probably somewhere in that in-between space—excited about your baby, but also wondering how to actually prepare for everything that’s coming.
I remember feeling that exact way. There’s so much information out there, and yet somehow it still feels like no one is telling you what really matters or where to even start.
This guide is everything I wish I had when I was preparing for birth and postpartum. Not from a place of fear or pressure, and not with the expectation that everything has to go perfectly, but from a place of helping you feel calm, informed, and confident as you step into this next season.
My goal with this guide is to walk you through both preparing for birth, but also preparing for postpartum because its just as important. We’ll talk about how to prepare your body and mind for birth, but also how to set up your home, routines, and support systems so postpartum feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
You’ll find
- simple explanations
- realistic guidance
- checklists to help you stay organized
This isn’t about doing things “perfectly.” It’s about understanding your options, making decisions that feel right for you, and creating an environment that supports you during one of the biggest transitions of your life.
You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just need a place to start.
